Traditional Scottish pubs, originating from medieval inns and alehouses, are vital community hubs with roots tracing back centuries. These venues have traditionally been integral to Scottish social life, serving as gathering places that bridged different social classes and facilitated the consumption of local whisky and ales.


And for almost 200 years, the North Kessock Hotel has been proud to be part of this rich history, being among the first public houses and inns on the Black Isle.

  • Hand Crafted Cocktails

    THE SATURN

    Gin, Fresh Squeezed Lemon, Passionfruit, House-made Spiced Cordial, House-made Almond Syrup, Expression of Lemon Peel - A bright, refreshing sweet-tart of a drink. Perfect for a warm summer day looking over the Firth, or any time you need a quick pick me up. Sip it slow, it’ll be gone before you know it.


    OLD FASHIONED

    Bourbon, Sugar Syrup, Angostura Bitters, Luxardo Cherry, Expression of Lemon and Orange Peel - A true classic. Over 200 years old. The first “cocktail.” Spirit forward with a hint of sweet and citrus to balance it out. Pay attention while you drink, the flavors open up beautifully as the drink aerates and dilutes.


    ESPRESSO MARTINI 

    Vanilla Vodka, Kahlúa, Bailey’s, Highland Roast Espressso - Cold, frothy, with just a hint of sweet vanilla. Freshly made espresso for that perfect coffee finish. A great way to start the night, and an even better way to finish it.


    PASSIONFRUIT MARTINI

    Vodka, Passionfruit, Fresh Squeezed Lime, Pineapple Juice, Vanilla Syrup (Add Prosecco - £3) - A modern classic. Sweet, flavorful passionfruit with just the right amount of acidity to balance it out. Add a shot of prosecco for A-list star treatment. 


    DAQUIRI

    Dark Rum, Demerara Syrup, Fresh Squeezed Lime - Another tried and true classic. Refreshing, citrus forward, with just the right amount of demerara syrup and dark rum to add some bass to the mix. 


    CALI MARGARITA

    Tequila, Fresh Squeezed Lime, Agave, Triple Sec - Crisp and tangy, this is the ultimate refresher drink. Sip it in the afternoon to forget the morning woes, sip it in the evening to elevate your night to the perfect level.
