    Scottish Breakfast - egg, bacon, sausage, black pudding, mushrooms, roasted tomato, hash brown potato 


    Eggs Benedict - poached eggs and ham on a toasted crumpet with hollandaise sauce


    Eggs Florentine - poached eggs and spinach on a toasted crumpet with hollandaise sauce


    Eggs, Bacon and Tomato - available with either poached or scrambled eggs, grilled bacon and roasted tomato


    Avocado Toast - poached eggs with smashed avocado, lemon, honey and balsamic on grilled sourdough 


    Smoked Salmon and Eggs - smoked local salmon with eggs served scrambled
