Check-in times:
The normal check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-in time can be at an earlier time if arranged in advance.

Check-out time:
We ask that you check-out by 11.00am to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.

Booking policy:
Credit card number will be taken on reservation. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise first night of booking will be charged.
